Today, the phenomena which influences even true nature of the school, may be symbolized with the word such as class collapse and a technological distance comes out. These phenomena occurred in the environment that society became rich. But a true nature is deeply concerned with whether a teacher can teach better in a class. So, this research was done about science-teaching-learning process which made a physiology response an index. First, the relation of the power spectrum and the frequency of the data on the skin resistance response in class are analyzed. Second, when the subjects concentrated very much and listened attentively, that slope becomes close to 2, and when the subjects tended of the stir, that slope becomes close to 1. At this time, this phenomena had two piles of that distribution in the communication process. This can be thought to come from reflecting the double structure of the emotion information processing and the recognition information processing. And, as a brain waves analysis, we measured the brain waves of all the subjects in science class about following case, (1) use of Internet, (2) micro-class which consists of one teacher, four learners, and one observer, (3) debate which consists of one chairman, four debater and one judge. Through analyzing these data we got some meaningful knowledge about the activities conditions of the brain and possibility of the use of the brain waves for the communication analysis.
