We considered the concept of 'Corporate Governance' as a device for internalizing and solving various externalities existing among stakeholders of the firm, and advanced the theoretical study which unraveled the essence of the governance mechanism, by using the analytical tools of Contract Theory and Game Theory. Since our definition of "governance" has general application, we also advanced the research which developed the idea extensively.

我们将“公司治理”概念视为内部化和解决企业利益相关者之间存在的各种外部性的工具，并运用契约论和博弈论的分析工具推进了揭示治理机制本质的理论研究。由于我们对“治理”的定义具有普遍的适用性，我们也推进了广泛发展这一思想的研究。
